Gateway Funeral and Cremation Center provides direct cremation, cremation with memorial service, and funeral with cremation options, along with related arrangement coordination, to families in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area and Southern Illinois. Pricing listed on our website reflects starting prices; your final quote will depend on the specific services and merchandise you select, consistent with our General Price List.

5. Mobile / SMS Messaging Terms

Business identity: Text messages under this program are sent by Robinson Mortuary Services LLC, doing business as Gateway Funeral and Cremation Center. We offer two separate message types you may opt in to independently — non-marketing messages (appointment confirmations, arrangement status updates, and follow-up regarding cremation services) and marketing messages (special offers, discounts, and service updates). Consenting to one does not opt you in to the other.

Opt-out and support: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your arrangement activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
